The Covington football cheerleadering squad consists of twelve cheerleaders.

Seniors: Lacey Hagen, Josselyn Tobias and Raquel Brandt.

Juniors: Macy Boehringer and Hayleigh Murphy.

Sophomores: Brooke Selanders, Taylor Angle, Heidi Snipes and Tara Snipes.

Freshman: Amanda Brown, Amber Edwards and Stephanie Retz.

Long-time advisor Gretchen Schmidt returns once again to lead the group. Gretchen is a former Buccaneer cheerleader from the 1979 state runner-up football team in which her husband Joe was a player.
